I encountered an issue with a product that showed up broken. I can't complain about how it was handled. It's nice to see such service these days - much appreciated!

I placed an order at the start of April, and there was no indication that the item was unavailable. They processed my payment, but after a few weeks, I had to reach out to them. They claimed it would be back in stock and promised next-day delivery, but still, nothing arrived. I followed up again, and they assured me it would be in by that Friday with 24-hour shipping. Now, over a week has passed, and I still haven't received my item or heard from them. This is really disappointing customer service.

Like many folks have mentioned, the wait for this was way too long. I ended up waiting more than two weeks and had to reach out multiple times. When it finally arrived, the item was really nice, though it wasn't as large as I had expected. I'd consider ordering again, but only knowing that the delivery might take a while. I think the delay was due to it coming from overseas. A little something to make up for the wait would’ve been nice, but sadly, that wasn’t offered!

I'm really happy with Peppa Pig and her buddies; my daughter adores them! I'd definitely purchase from this site again since they offer a ton of great stuff.

I've placed several orders with Olive and Sage without any problems, but this time there was a hiccup with supply and logistics. They kept me in the loop, and then I ran into some delivery troubles with UPS. I reached out to Olive and Sage, and they sorted it out right away. I really appreciate their help!

I’ve come back and grabbed 4 Altair solar lanterns that were on sale, what a great deal! I placed them in each corner of my wooden garden structure, and they create stunning silhouettes—super cool! I bought a pricey lamp from them back in February. When I placed the order, the website indicated it was on pre-order and would be delivered in April. I followed up in April and was told, again, that it was on pre-order (which I already knew) and that the delivery was pushed to the end of April. I mentioned that I expected it by the 20th of April. After sending another follow-up yesterday, I was told they would get back to me. The lamp costs a lot, and the wait time is just ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them due to the ongoing delays and the multiple follow-ups you’ll have to make. I’m seriously considering canceling my order. They really need to rethink how they run their business because it’s clearly not effective! If I encounter more issues with this company and they don’t refund me, I’ll have to report them to Trading Standards.

In response to Olive Sage's reply, this is totally untrue. The website stated it was on pre-order and set to arrive in the first week of April. I sent a follow-up email on April 2nd, and their response said the lamp would arrive at the end of April. Now they’re claiming it’ll arrive at the end of April with an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery, making the total wait time around 3 months. What a total farce! Order canceled. Stay away from this company.

I ran into an issue with a gift card, so I shot off an email. In just 48 hours, everything was sorted out. Lesley from customer support was truly amazing, and I’m for sure gonna order from them again!

This is one of the most frustrating online retailers I've ever dealt with, filled with broken promises and excuses. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone thinking about making a purchase here, it would be to steer clear. Trust me, it’ll save you a ton of hassle and stress. They tend to respond to my reviews, and this is actually the fourth time I’ve shared my experience. Afterward, they often reach out via text or phone, asking me to take down my review because it might hurt their family business. They even promise to send me the item I initially wanted for free as an apology for the terrible treatment I’ve received. And guess what? This cycle just keeps going. It’s been happening since February, and I still haven’t received the item, with a bunch of different excuses thrown my way. If anyone wants to hear the full saga of what I’ve been through, I’d be more than willing to share. It’s really that bad. It’s a total joke... Just don’t say you weren’t warned about this company...

I placed an order for a mirror more than 8 weeks back and still haven’t received it. I’m fed up with sending emails just to hear about different problems: broken items, issues with the delivery service, setting up a new computer system - it never ends. The service is awful. I’d advise folks to steer clear of this company.
