I had a problem with an item arriving damaged. I cannot fault how it was dealt with. Refreshing in this day and age - thank you!

Order an item beginning of April did not say it was out of stock, they took payment then several weeks later I had to contact them said it was due in stock and would send it next day delivery still nothing contacted them again they said it was due in that Friday and again would send it 24 hour delivery here I am over a week later still no item and no contact from them very poor customer service

Fabulous shopping experience. My outdoor cushions look great and the lights brighten up the garden at night. Looking forward to shopping again.

As others have said the delay in receiving this was extreme, I waited over two weeks and had to chase several times. The item itself when received was lovely tho not quite as big as anticipated but I would only order again with the knowledge delivery will take some time, the cause this time I suspect was awaiting delivery from abroad. Some form of compensation would have made me feel better but none was offered unfortunately!

Having ordered many times with olive and sage with no issues, unfortunately with this order there was an issue with supply and logistics, but was kept informed, then had delivery issues with UPS, informed olive and sage and they resolved it immediately, cannot thank them enough

I absolutely love my gold feet planters, really quirky and different.

I’ve returned again and purchased 4 Altair solar lanterns, that were in the sale, excellent buy, I’ve got them for each corner for my Wooden garden structure, these give off amazing silhouettes and are really cool…again no issues with service this is the third time I have used this company. I purchased an expensive lamp from them back in February. At the point of order, the site said the item was on pre-order and will arrive in April. I chased in April and was told this item is on pre-order (which I already know) and the delivery date is end of April. I told them the item was expected with me on the 20th April. Sent another chase yesterday and was informed they will get back to me. The lamp is on the expensive side and the lead time is shocking. I wouldn’t advise purchasing from them with the constant delays and several chases you will need to do. I am at the point of cancelling my order. They need to rethink their business model here because it’s clearly not working! If I have further problems with this company and they don’t give me my money back, I will report them to Trading Standards.

In response to Olive Sage reply. This is a complete lie. The website said it was on pre order and arriving 1st week of April. A chase email was sent on the 2nd of April and the response said the lamp will land end of April. Now they are saying it’s landing end of April with a delivery of 2-3 weeks on top, in total ETA 3 months. What a complete joke! Order cancelled. Avoid this company

I had a problem with a gift card, I sent an email and within 48 hours it was completely resolved. Lesley on customer service was absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be ordering from them again.!!

This is one of the worst online companies I have ever come across full of empty promises and excuses.if I have any advice for anyone considering buying from this company DONT.... it will save you a lot of heartache and stress. Also they will put a reply to my review as this is the fourth time I have put a review regarding them and then they will contact me by text or phone asking for me to remove it because it will hurt there family business then they will promise me to send for free the item I original wanted to buy.As a way of a apology for the shocking way I have been treated and this cycle repeats it self with them,this has been going on since back in February to never recieving the item for some many different excuses. If anyone wants a full download to what has happened and my experience I will be more than happy to give you the full story. It's that bad

I ordered a mirror over 8 weeks ago now and still nothing. I’m tired of emailing only to be told about various issues: damaged stock, delivery company issues, new computer system installation - the list goes on. Terrible service. I would warn against buying from this company.

I have now made more than a dozen purchases from Olive and Sage and every single item has been amazing and exactly what I hope for each time.

Quality is extremely good, delivery is swift and items are always well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Customer service is always friendly, kind and cheerful.

I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my purchases and fully enjoy the ones that I purchased for my own garden or home, while friends and family all love the items that I have purchased for them as gifts.
